1. Fitment: These wheels are custom made to your vehicle's specifications. Caliper clearance, offset, hub centricity and overall fitment are all taken into consideration when these wheels are made.
2. Shipping: Shipping is included in the price to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be handled per individual case. We apologize, but we do not accept any international orders at this time. Your item will be shipped by United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Because of the low price we offer these wheels at and the high demand, wheels will take approximately 7-10 weeks to custom make.
3. Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by Extreme Luxuries. Each case will be reviewed individually, and the final decision will be made by Extreme Luxuries based on the specific circumstances. Our general policy is as follows: If we advised you that our wheels will fit your vehicle and they do not, then we will pay for all shipping costs to send the wheels back to us for replacement. Aside from this, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the package to us. Since this is a custom made wheel, a restocking fee amounting to 50% of the total order will be charged to your account. All cancellations prior to shipment are also subject to a 50% restocking fee.
4. Warranty: All wheels come with the manufacturer's warranty, which is one year.
5. Payment Info: Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. You can also pay by cashiers check or check and receive $50 off. We require a 50% deposit when your order is placed. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the wheels are ready to be shipped. For each week the balance is not paid a $25 storage fee will be added to the balance. If the second 50% is not received after 6 weeks, you will have forfeited your 50% deposit and the wheels.
